Clouditalia desidera informare i propri clienti e/o visitatori che a seguito dell’entrata in vigore del Nuovo Regolamento Generale sulla Protezione dei dati (UE 2016/679), applicabile a partire dal 25 Maggio 2018, sono state aggiornate le Informative Privacy. I documenti contengono importanti informazioni su come Clouditalia raccoglie, utilizza, condivide e conserva i dati personali e su quali sono i diritti degli interessati. Informiamo che le Informative Privacy sono state aggiornate anche all’interno delle Condizioni Generali di Contratto e/o delle Condizioni di Utilizzo dei Servizi con variazione unicamente degli articoli relativi alla Tutela dei Dati Personali. Tali variazioni sono state effettuate in adeguamento alla nuova legislazione Europea in materia di privacy ed essendo imposte da Leggi, Regolamenti e Provvedimenti delle competenti Autorità, saranno automaticamente applicate a far data dal 25 Maggio 2018.

Privacy Policy in accordance with Art. 13 of European Regulation no. 2016/679

Clouditalia Telecomunicazioni Spa a Socio Unico, in its capacity as processing controller of personal data, in the person of its legal representative, based in Arezzo in Via Piero Calamandrei 173, hereby informs you that, in accordance with Article 13 of European Regulation no. 2016/679 (GDPR), the data provided by you when completing the online form will be processed by Clouditalia to:

  • 1) Provide information on the services requested by you and on commercial products of interest to you.
  • 2) Fulfil obligations provided by laws, regulations and community legislation.
  • 3) Allow Clouditalia to exercise its rights judicially and to combat unlawful behaviours.

The provision of personal data is necessary for the purposes listed above and the respective processing does not require the consent of the CUSTOMER. Any refusal to provide those data will prevent us responding to the request.

Data processing means any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction. The data processing will take place using tools suitable to guarantee its security as well as confidentiality and may be carried out also using automated tools aimed at memorising, managing and transmitting that data.

Users' data are processed by employees of the Company Clouditalia with automated tools, only for the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and, in any case, for no longer than 24 months from their collection for legal purposes.

Clouditalia is the processing controller of data provided and it is therefore responsible for any updates or alterations of the same, concerning communicated changes. In relation to the processing of your data, you may exercise the rights provided by Article 15 of European Regulation no. 2016/679, and, in particular, inter alia, you have the right:
  • - to obtain confirmation as to whether or not data concerning you are being processed, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form;
  • - to obtain an indication:
  • - of the source of the personal data;
  • - of the categories of personal data concerned;
  • - of the period of storage of personal data or, if this is not possible, the criteria used to determine that period;
  • - of the purposes and methods of processing;
  • - of the logic involved in the case of processing performed using electronic tools;
  • - of the identification details of the controller, processors and data protection officer in accordance with article 37;
  • - of the entities or categories of entities to which the personal data may be communicated or that may come to know of them in the capacity of representative appointed in the State territory, processors or officers;
  • - if the personal data are transferred to a third country or to an international organisation, the right to be informed of the existence of the appropriate safeguards in accordance with Article 46 relating to the transfer.
  • - to obtain:
  • - the update, rectification or, where appropriate, completion of the data;
  • - the erasure, pseudonymisation or block on data processed in violation of the law, including those whose storage are not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
  • - the restriction of processing of personal data relating to you or objection to their processing
  • - to object, in whole or in part:
  • - for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if for the purpose of the collection;
  • - to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purposes of sending marketing material or direct sales or for the completion of market research or sales communication.
