Open Service Cloud Contract

In order to activate Clouditalia's TLC Service, the Open Service Cloud Contract Proposal must be signed; this will allow you to:
  • activate the services
  • configure your customized services
  • verify consumptions
  • view the statistics
  • deactivate the services
  • check your billing
  • heck your account statement.

Signing the Contract Proposal does not imply any initial cost or periodic fee; the client is charged only for the services they have activated and used.


Cloud Open Service Contract is fully operative as soon as the TLC Contract Proposal is sent, duly signed and complete with all necessary documents*, to: Clouditalia Telecomunicazioni Spa a Socio Unico - Via Piero Calamandrei, 173 - 52100 Arezzo, or faxing the number 800 031133.

Go through the "GENERAL CONDITION OF THE CLOUD OPEN SERVICE CLOUD" and "SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT" and download the following model:


1) contract proposal duly signed (on each page with full and readable signature) by the Legal Representative and stamped
2) double-sided copy of the Legal Representative' s valid identity document
3) business registration or awarding certificate of VAT code, not older than 60 days in case of sole proprietorship or association:

1) contract proposal, duly signed (on each page with full and readable signature) by the subscriber
2) double-sided copy of the subscriber's valid identity document.
