Our History

Clouditalia Telecomunicazioni is an Italian Company, founded in June 2012, specialized in the provisioning of Telecommunication and Cloud Computing integrated services dedicated to the specific needs of SMEs. The company owns a proprietary fiber network with 15,000 km all over the country and three Data Center (Arezzo, Rome and Milan). The branches of Arezzo, Rome, Turin, Milan, Padua and Naples count about 250 employees.

  1. Birth

    June 2012 - The first company in Italy for integrates telecommunications and
    cloud computing services integrated with Italian companies.

  2. The Data Centers

    September 2012 - Inauguration of two new Data Centers
    located in Rome and Arezzo

  3. Presentation of per services

    January 2013 - Launch of Cloud Computing Services - IaaS Products and Additional Services that Integrate Backup,
    Disaster Recovery and SaaS solutions to project.

  5. New Wireless Infrastructure

    March 2014 - Clouditalia invests in wireless technology by implementing infrastructure
    with 3500 km of Microwave.

    December 2014 - New 100 GB Rome-Milan
    backbone network

  7. Partner Program

    March 2015 - Launch Partner Program - a dedicated platform and program for Cloud Hosting Partners
    that provides training tools, Commercial documentation and dedicated benefits.

  8. Data Centers Amplifications

    July 2015 - Thanks to the partnership with Tintri,
    the Data Center has been expanded.

  9. Better performances for network infrastructure

    December 2015 - Clouditalia chooses Coriant mTera
    to improve the performances of the network infrastructure.

  10. New Certifications

    May 2016 - Clouditalia receives the certification with master profile as Cisco
    service provider of Cloud and Managed Services.

  11. Cloud Services New Features

    November 2016 - Implementation and innovation
    of cloud services thanks to the Partnership with Rubrik.

  12. New Data Center

    December 2016 - Inauguration of a new
    Data Center in Milan

  13. Big Data Observatory

    March 2017 - The Big Data Observatory is set up with the aim of providing a summary picture in the
    communications landscape and help better understand the market trends.

  14. Clouditalia & H-farm

    May 2017 - Clouditalia takes part with Cisco
    to the acceleration program dedicated to startup.

  15. Acquisition of Noitel Italia

    August 2017 - Clouditalia signs an agreement to acquire the 100% of Noitel Italia
    (virtual mobile operator on TIM network) becoming a Virtual Mobile Operator (MVNO).
